「非遺創意領袖生2026」是非物質文化遺產資助計劃下的「伙伴合作項目」，旨在培訓本地大專生認識及學習香港非遺項目，並參與策劃、推廣及參與非遺項目的傳承和發展工作。
一眾領袖生將「學習非遺」階段中所學習的12 個與香港漁民、水上人社群有關的非遺項目及其知識，轉化成為展覽、導賞及文化體驗。
展覽以「說」、「信」、「造」和「味」四大章節，建構一場關於「閱讀」與「創造」的旅程。透過創意構思，向公眾呈現非遺項目的文化內涵、信俗及造物過程。誠邀大眾走進這本非遺工作者與創意領袖生共同編寫的《閱海造物》，一同聽海說，閱海深。
The Creative ICH Student Leaders 2026 programme is one of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Funding Scheme’s Partnership Projects. It aims to equip local tertiary students with knowledge of Hong Kong’s ICH, while engaging them in the curation, promotion, preservation, and future development of these traditions.
The ICH Creative Leaders have transformed their learning of those 12 ICH items deeply rooted in Hong Kong’s fishermen and boat dweller communities into exhibition, guided tours and cultural experiences.
The exhibition unfolds through four chapters including “Tellings”, “Beliefs”, “Craft” and “Flavour”. Through creative interpretation, it reveals the cultural significance, beliefs and making processes behind these ICH traditions. Step into Volumes of the Sea, a book co-created by ICH practitioners and student leaders, and embark on a journey of reading and making. Listen as the sea speaks and delve into its depths.

溶鹽畫工作坊
數百年前，大澳曾是香港主要的鹽場，現時西貢鹽田梓尚有曬鹽場仍在運作中。這項依賴天氣的古老技藝，凝結了先輩善用自然的智慧。
本次體驗將由「非遺創意領袖生」帶路，先為你解碼香港曬鹽史；通過參與模擬鏟鹽體驗，你可親身感受鹽工日常，並發揮想像力，運用海鹽創作出獨一無二的「現代彩繪溶鹽畫」，將這份古老的文化溫度帶回家！
Salt Painting Workshop
Hundreds of years ago, Tai O was Hong Kong’s premier salt-field; today, Yim Tin Tsai in Sai Kung still keeps this legacy alive. With no tools other than the daily weather, our ancestors learned to work hand-in-hand with nature. This craft is a living reminder of their wisdom and patience.
Join us to uncover the secrets of our city’s ancient salt pans, try a fun, hands-on salt-shoveling experience, and use real sea salt to paint your own contemporary masterpiece. It’s a completely free, tactile workshop where you get to craft your own piece of local culture and take it home with you!

漁民的日常，如何變成你手心的時尚製品？香港的漁業活動曾經蓬勃，編織漁網的手藝凝結了幾代漁民的生活智慧。「非遺創意領袖生」將傳統漁網編織技藝與現代皮革工藝跨界結合，帶領大家親手製作一個獨一無二的「永續工藝散紙包」。
在這個工作坊中，你將在創意領袖生的帶領下，認識香港漁村的非遺歷史，並親自嘗試編網、敲打皮革與組裝。把經得起風浪的漁網，轉化為陪伴你日常的精緻物件，感受兩代工藝在指尖的溫度碰撞。
Fishing Net Coin Purse Workshop
How does the daily toil of a fisherman transform into a stylish accessory in the palm of your hand? Hong Kong’s fishing industry was once a bustling heart of the city, and the art of plaiting fishing nets carries the lived wisdom of generations of seafaring communities.
Our ICH Creative Leaders have boldly crossed traditional fishing net plaiting techniques with modern leathercraft to bring you this Sustainable Artisan Coin Purse Workshop. Guided step-by-step by our student leaders, you will explore Hong Kong’s maritime heritage while trying your hand at net plaiting, leather punching, and assembly. Transform a weather-beaten fishing net into an elegant everyday item, and feel the vibrant collision of two distinct crafts right at your fingertips.

如果有機會讓你親手重現香港仔獨有的漁港風貌，甚至體驗漁民出海的日常，你又會用什麼方式去呈現？
是次活動可以讓大家自由創作心目中的漁港面貌，還會分享漁民知識——一起了解漁民會如何觀天象、識水流，在大海中掌握天氣與魚群。
聽完故事，我們還會一起動手製作屬於自己的指南針，將漁港故事和智慧帶走。
Fishing Port Years Workshop
If given the chance to personally recreate Aberdeen’s unique fishing harbor heritage—or even experience the daily life of local fishermen at sea—how would you choose to present it?
This activity allows everyone to freely create their own vision of the fishing harbor while sharing fishermen’s knowledge. Let us find out how fishermen navigate by observing the stars and interpreting ocean currents, while tracking the weather and fish shoals.
After hearing these stories, we will handcraft our very own compasses to take home a piece of the fishing harbor’s history and wisdom.

邀請你體驗傳統工藝與本地非遺的魅力！活動包含展覽導賞，並由創意領袖生指導親手操作網版與刮板。你可以挑選帶有香港非遺項目特色的圖案，親手印製在帆布袋上，或自備舊T恤等，為布物重新賦予新意，了解非遺之餘，製作出獨一無二的專屬紀念品。
ICH Patterns Screen Printing Workshop
Join us to experience the charm of traditional craftsmanship and local ICH! The workshop includes a guided tour and hands-on instruction using screen printing frames and squeegees. Choose from iconic patterns of local ICH items to print on a custom canvas bag, or bring your own fabric items (like T-shirts) to give them new life. Explore ICH items and create your unique functional souvenir.
