1. Assistant Communications Officer / Communications Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organizational communications functions, including:
    • Prepare the schedule and content for digital and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-newsletter and website
    • Create and develop content to promote the organisation, youth services, programmes and events, such as brochures and presentation decks
    • Handle member and public inquiries from digital and social media platforms, such as e-mail, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
    • Prepare press release, handle media inquiries and coordinate media interviews
  • Reach out and engage with a broad spectrum of partners ranging from NGOs, government departments, community, schools, corporates and creative talents.
  • Support the implementation and execution of partnership programmes, including but not limited to liaison with partners, logistics arrangement, administration and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Video editing would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
  • Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
  • Working location at Aberdeen.
  • Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.

2. Programme Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and implement youth development and placemaking programmes.
  • Work with partners ranging from creative talent, community, and public or private sector to develop quality content with effective delivery.
  • Maintain good relationship with young people and provide facilitation to achieve youth empowerment.
  • Prepare programme related work as required by supervisor.
  • Assist to initiate and draft funding applications and bidding proposals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above.
  • 2 years or above relevant experiences, preferably in creative and culture industry / NGO in youth work or community building.
  • Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Programme Officer. Fresh graduate are also welcome.
  • Candidate with knowledge and experience in community arts / placemaking will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Passionate about youth development and enjoy team and community work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
  • Working location at Aberdeen.
  • Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.

3. Education Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and implement youth programs align with organization mission
  • Maintain good relationship with young people and provide facilitation to achieve youth empowerment
  • Formulate session plan and prepare learning material for youth programmes to achieve quality standard in accordance with the need of youth
  • Formulate solution to meet teachers & schools to achieve quality education and maintain good relationship
  • Prepare programme related work as required by supervisor
  • Assist to initiate and draft funding applications and bidding proposals
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • 2 years or above relevant experiences, preferably in education, youth or community work in NGOs
  • Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Education Officer. Fresh graduate are also welcome
  • Candidate with experience in education sector, group work or youth coaching will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Passionate about youth development and enjoy team and community work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure
  • Willing to work on shift and public holidays
  • Working location at Aberdeen

4. 兼職項目助理 (Chinese version only)

工作內容:

  • 準備宣傳物資(包括負責設計平面設計圖)
  • 協助籌辦中心項目及活動
  • 協助中心接待及文書工作
  • 由主管及主任安排之工作

要求:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE或以上,歡迎大專院校學生
  • 能應用Microsoft Office及懂中文打字
  • 能應用Adobe Illustrator及Photoshop
  • 良好溝通技巧
  • 有責任感、獨立
  • 每週工作8-24小時
  • 平日、週六工作(必須),按活動需要,或有需要週日及公眾假期工作

5. Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the “Think Beyond Intangible Cultural Heritage” programme funded by Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, including:
    • liaise and coordinate with programme stakeholders, ranging from the funder, partners, tutors, speakers to ICH practitioners
    • Implement and execute the programme, including recruitment, promotion, learning activities and showcase coordination, finance and logistics
    • Prepare and compile the activity and financial reports

Requirement:

  • Degree holder
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably history, culture and community related
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Video editing would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
  • Willing to work on shift and public holidays
  • Working location at Aberdeen.
  • Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature
